How social media affects self-perception
Social Media can negatively affect self-perception and mental health, especially when comparing ourselves to unrealistic images on social media. There are plenty of concrete examples of extreme body images and why we should be careful about what we are watching there. Why not try to look at your Instagram or another social network. On which you spend the most time and not go through the list of people we follow. After going through the list, we can register various positive, anxious, and negative emotions. Looking at the profile of our childhood friend, the corners of our mouths may arise, and we will be happy with a photo from a holiday with her boyfriend.
